Ok I needed a Hoodie so carhartt right! It's been a few hours of wearing it on and off. I'm warm not overly hot but not chilly at all. I did the water test under the kitchen sink and it's dry to the touch. It's crazy wild since it feels like a regular cotton Hoodie but reveals water. I got the loose fit since I want to be able to layer up or wear long sleeves under the hoodie. The only 2 problems I see is the neck is a little tight and the hood is short but I didn't want a zipper to fail on me hopefully the neck will stretch out with my big head taking it on and off

I got a large. 5’9”, 200 lbs. fits good. What I don’t like is there is a little small pocket on the right side inside the big pocket and my hand gets caught up on it once in a while. No clue what that pocket is for. Other than that. Have worn it on mornings when the temp is right around freezing. It’s heavier weight is nice.

This hoody is the warmest hood I've ever ownd. It is great for working outdoors in cold climate areas. It keeps me dry all day in normal rain conditions. I would recommend this for anyone who spends long hrs outside. You will stay warm in this thing. I've had this for about 2 months and it's still warm and dry everyday!!
